Please read through the following before checking out
- You were provided pictures with all of our information prior to signing up. Refresh yourself with times and rules the week of the event. You're responsible for joining our Facebook group for booked vendors. We communicate primarily through it. https://www.facebook.com/groups/364404418020705/
- If the rain date is needed and you can not attend, you will NOT receive a refund. We recommend keeping the rain date open in case it is needed.
- Once forms are completed and payment received, you are officially booked with us. Congrats!
- We invest all vendor fees into advertising our event to ensure foot traffic is high. We utilize several methods of advertising. Therefore, no refunds will be given for any reason. Thank you for understanding.
- We can not stress enough, DO NOT BEGIN PACKING A THING UNTIL 4 PM! Seasoned vendors and newbies, this is an expectation regularly requested from venues and host who take their events serious. Although we maintain a low vendor fee to attend, we do our best to operate as though we charge hundreds to attend. Unfortunately, we have banned vendors from our events from past shows due to packing early. First offence, you will be banned a whole calendar year. Second offence, you are no longer allowed to vend with us.
- As a booked vendor, you're expected to advertise yourself as being a vendor with us on your own social media. You may use all pics, flyers, and post we share. We also request for you to interact with our post on our event page. Participating helps build interest and foot traffic for the event you will be attending.

We ship all orders via Priority shipping or First Class with tracking.
All sales on bath items and consumables are final.
Orders are processed in 2-3 business days. This excludes days we're closed and holidays.
We ship all orders via First Class (5 -7 business days) or Priority (2-5 business days).
Every package is packed with care and adoration. We hope you love everything you receive but in case you don't, please reach out asap! You can either return your item to the store or you may ship it to us. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in new condition with tags, and returned within 7 business days. If shipping is needed, the customer is responsible for shipping and must include a tracking number when shipped.
